WITH VIEWS OF THE GOLDEN GATE BRIDGE, THIS IS PROBABLY THE MOST scenic WORKOUT CLASS YOU CAN DO IN THE CITY. it’s A HIGH ENERGY, CARDIO and strength TRAINING CLASS DESIGNED FOR postpartum MOMS utilizing LIGHT WEIGHT EQUIPMENT. babieS GET to CHILL OUT IN their STROLLERS WHILE THE MOMS ARE PUT THROUGH thEIR PACES BY THE HIGHLY MOTIVATING TEACHER maRIANNE (ALSO known AS @FR3NCHIEFIT).

  • where: mARINA green (neAR sT Francis yacht CLUB) AND ALTA PLAZA PARK

  • WHEN: tUESDAYS @ 10AM (Alta Plaza), Wednesday @ 10am (Marina green) & Thursdays @ 10am (alta plaza)

  • what to expecT: This 60 MINUTE class is great for expectant and new moms with stroller-aged children. YOU WILL PERFORM DRILLS, CIRCUITS, strength TRAINING AND CARDIO, ALL WITH YOUR BABY IN THE STROLLER. expect to RUN, PERFORM MANY PLANKS, pushups AND SQUATS. you can take the class at your own pace, so you can get a great workout no matter how far along you are in your pre-or-postpartum journey.

  • what do i need: BRing a mat, supportive running shoes, layers which you can easily peel off as you warm up, baby in a stroller and you are set!

  • COST: yOUR FIRST CLASS IS FREE AND YOU ARE REQUIRED TO PURCHASE YOUR OWN equipment KIT BAG FOR $59 (which YOU WILL THEN use FOR ALL of YOUR CLASSES FOLLOWING).

  • MAMA TIPS ~ yOU MUST BE 6 WEEKs POSTPARTUM (8 WEEKS FOR c-SECTION) AND CLEARED BY YOUR PHYSICIAN TO PARTICIPATE IN THESE CLASSES. yOU WILL definitely GET YOUR HEART RATE UP AND A SWEAT on, ALL WHILE ENJOYING the GREAT OUTDOORS. oN RAINY DAYS, the class is moved INSIDE (MARIANNE WILL EMAIL YOU PRIOR). NOTE THERE IS NO MUSIC IN THIS class, JUST THE HUSTLE AND BUSTLE OF THE CITY AROUND YOU. BECAUSE there can be a small portion of running in this class, we recommend doing PELVIC FLOOR REHABILITATION exercises PRIOR TO ATTENDING.
